5. Data and Responsibility
   1. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of all Data submitted to the Platform.
   2. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of Data provided by users or third parties.
   3. You acknowledge that Data processed through the Platform may be used for compliance, reporting, verification, and integration purposes.
   4. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including carbon reporting obligations and CBAM requirements.

   2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
